• 2. Children will have a free entry on Independence Day, Republic Day and during Wildlife Week.
• 3. Some special days with heavy rush like January 1st, Independence Day and Republic Day etc will have enhanced Entry Fee.
• 4. Entry of Mobile number is mandatory, and E Mail optional, for booking ticket.
• 5. The zoo open from 9 AM to 5 PM every day except Mondays.The ticket counter closes at 4:30 PM
• 6. Entry into the park is permitted exclusively with the presentation of a valid ticket.
• 7. Visitors purchasing online ticket can produce ticket received by SMS or E-Mail
• 8. Tickets are only valid for the date of purchase.Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• 9. Unused tickets will not be eligible for a refund, and we do not entertain any correspondence in this regard.
• 10. Fee for other amenities like Electric Vehicle, Boating, Snake house etc, is not included in the entry Fee. The said facilities are available to the visitors at extra cost.
